We recently purchased a 2019 Diamond in the Rough trailer. There was no obvious water damage in either the front or the galley area of the trailer so we assumed that leaks were not a factor. However when we encountered the first heavy rainfall, we found there to be water leaking down into the galley from the top of the galley hood. It appears that there is an inadequate seal along the top of the hood that allows runoff into the galley. Has anyone else encountered this and if so what is the solution to the problem?

I got the materials (aluminum flat bar and aluminum u-channel (used for plywood trim) at Menards. I used Vulkem poly caulk.
