Breaking into the US market

In February of 2016, The Teardrop Trailer Inc made our first sale to an American consumer. Our first sale was made to a resident in Sunny, Fort Collins, Colorado. A 4x8 Woody. Shortly after that, We signed up four more U.S Customers, which include the following States: Florida, New York, Vermont and Ohio. One major advantage to U.S consumers purchasing north of the border is our weak Canadian dollar. Great trailers at amazing prices.

 

Our trailers come with a New vehicle information statement card, bill of sale, Vin number, statement of declaration and comply with all applicable DOT Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards. We work with a number of brokers and private transportation companies that offer reasonable shipping rates, and are fully insured.

 

We expect a lot more business in the future on both sides of the border and look forward to having our teardrops in every Province and State across North America, one teardrop trailer at a time.
