    We tried this out last summer and it was an instant hit. Boiled omelette. Put eggs and whatever fixings you want into a ziplock freezer bag. They can be stored in the cooler this way. Just bring a pot of water to boil and put the ziplock bag in. I think we boiled them for 10-15 minutes and it was a very nice hot breakfast and very easy.
