Hi all,
Has anybody adapted, fabricated an awning for their teardrop ?
I realise that there are some makes of teardrops who have had awnings specifically made for them.
I have been looking at vehicle awnings that use straps, which go over the vehicle. I reckon that these may be ok to use, bearing in mind measurements etc.
What do you think ?
Best regards,
Jack.
I installed a rooftop basket with extension which is available from Princess Auto in Canada. Once attached it took less than 1 hour to install the Smittybilt 2787 awning. The roof basket gives it enough height that I don't have to duck under the awning.
We also have a shelter off the back of our car
March 7, 2020 - The Pahaque Side Tent is now available. The only Canadian Distributor is Group Alliance in Carignan, Quebec (outside Montreal). There are two sizes.
There is a side tent from PAHAQUE in the US. There are two different sizes. They are met for the Little Guy Trailer. The Little Guy Trailer looks like it has the same door as the TEARDROP TRAILER Door. The problem is delivery. The tents come from China and are always sold-out. If anyone has come across a similar quick-up stent with two doors, screens, and side panels I would appreciate the suppliers name. The attached pictures are of #16 that was picked up in 2015.
